Green House Cleaning provides professional cleaning services as described on our website. Service scope, pricing, and scheduling are discussed and confirmed before work begins.

3. Booking and Payment

Bookings are confirmed via phone, WhatsApp, or contact form
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated
A confirmed booking requires contact confirmation
Payment terms are discussed at the time of quote

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service. Late cancellations may incur fees as per our agreement.

5. Liability and Warranty

While we take the utmost care of your property, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions. We guarantee satisfaction with our work and will address any concerns within 24 hours of service completion.

6. Property Access

You must provide safe access to your property. We are not responsible for lost or damaged property items. We recommend securing valuables before our arrival.

7. Special Requests

Special cleaning requests must be communicated in advance. Additional services may incur extra charges.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Johor.
